EnerJet is a clinically-proven, no-needle, dermal remodelling system that pneumatically introduces a jet of hyaluronic acid (HA) to remodel skin, repair scars and to lift facial tissue. It can be used on various areas of the face and body, including more delicate areas, such as around the eyes and mouth.
How Does Enerjet Work?
It uses a Jet Volumetric Remodelling (JVR) technology to compress hyaluronic acid into an air pressure pump before being delivered at an accelerated speed through tiny entry points into the depth of the dermis.
The HA is delivered to immediately hydrate the tissues in order to improve the appearance of the skin. This is because hyaluronic acid helps to attract and retain moisture on the skin.
The mechanical energy also creates a kinetic trauma within the skin tissues; when these micro trauma heal, new collagen are formed as part of the wound recovery process to rejuvenate, thicken and lift the skin structures.
What Are the Benefits?
EnerJet treatment is safe and minimally invasive, with immediate lifting and hydrating results; it is suitable for use to treat a much larger area over a much shorter period of time.
It works very much like subcision, just without the use of needles to achieve aesthetic improvement.
As EnerJet does not burn fat, it is suitable for those with thin faces looking to keep as much facial volume as possible along with a more lifted appearance.
What can be Treated with Enerjet?
EnerJet is used to provide a non-surgical dynamic lift to facial areas such as cheeks, chin, forehead, and even in the most delicate areas, such as around the eyes and lips. Besides, it can also help to reduce the signs of aging on the backs of the hands, chest area, décolleté (décolletage) and neck.
It is capable of treating more demanding problems, like acne scarring and stretch marks, all using a needle-less concept of transdermal pneumatic application of HA.
The results of the treatment are almost immediate. The skin becomes visibly refreshed and plumped, with fine lines and wrinkles smoothened. Over time, long-term results include remodelled skin that boasts increased elasticity and thickness.
How Many Sessions Do I Need?
Depending on the areas of concern, a typical treatment regimen requires three sessions at intervals of 4 weeks.
Is There Downtime?
The procedure is safe with minimal downtime. Immediately after the treatment, you can expect small bumps over the treated areas which will dissipate over a day or 2. However for patients, treatment is applied over the hairline and hence most patients can use their hair to cover up the treatment area. Most of our patients can return to work immediately after their treatments.
How Long Does It Last?
It is expected to last between 12 and 18 months, and patient can repeat the treatment once yearly to maintain the results.
